The CSV prompt still applies.
Clear KPIs, a trend explanation and a reusable report.

Use the prompt when…
Use the CSV prompt with data you already have or can export from your current tools. It produces a report; it does not migrate a Rows workspace.
What still needs a service
If you need connected tables, scheduled refresh or a shared workspace, evaluate an available service separately. For former Rows account questions, use the contact details in its announcement.
The linked announcement names 31 May 2026 as the wind-down date. We have not verified access to any individual former account.
Prompt costs, without a savings claim.
Rows announced that its product would fully wind down on 31 May 2026 after joining Superhuman. Checked 16 September 2026. Its old pricing page remains online; we no longer use that price as a current offer or savings baseline. Official announcement ↗

Choosing an assistant: GPT-6.1 Sol / Claude Sonnet 5.5 — value starting points. Claude Opus 5.5 — candidates for harder work. DeepSeek V4.1 Flash — budget candidates. GPT-6 Astra / Claude Fable 5.1 — specialist options. Compare a real task and the tools in your account; no guide claims equal results across models. Choices, limits and sources · Checked 30 September 2026.
Analyze the attached [sales/operations] CSV for [period] versus [comparison period]. First inspect the columns, row count, units, date coverage, missing values and possible duplicate records. Ask about ambiguous metric definitions before calculating them. Use code or spreadsheet tools for calculations; if unavailable, say so and provide reproducible formulas instead of invented results. Calculate [KPIs] using these definitions: [definitions]. Do not join or deduplicate records without explaining the rule. Return an executive summary, a KPI table with absolute and percentage changes, two useful charts if tools allow, and a reproducible calculation file or code. Separate observed patterns from possible explanations. Identify data limitations and three questions to investigate next. Reconcile the report totals against the source.
What the estimate covers.
One text report from a small CSV; execution costs excluded. Assumes 12,000 input tokens and 1,500–3,000 output tokens. Follow-up turns, reasoning and tools can increase the cost.
No current Rows subscription savings are estimated. Chat app subscription fees are separate from API token charges.
